The Shirvan Residential Complex, located on Nakhchivan Street in Shirvan city, is the next project of the State Agency for Housing Construction in the region. The total area of the residential complex is 8.11 hectares.
The complex will consist of 25 buildings, including 14 nine-story buildings and 11 twelve-story buildings.
In total, there will be 1,264 apartments in these buildings, including 32 studio apartments, 216 two-bedroom apartments, 768 three-bedroom apartments, and 248 four-bedroom apartments. The area of the studio apartments will be approximately 40.10 m², the two-bedroom apartments will range from approximately 57.68 to 57.70 m², the three-bedroom apartments will range from approximately 72.82 to 76.71 m², and the four-bedroom apartments will range from approximately 98.70 to 114.61 m².
All apartments will be offered to residents fully renovated and equipped with kitchen furniture. In addition to the residential buildings, the area will include social and domestic facilities, children's playgrounds, a 80-capacity kindergarten, and a general education school with a capacity of 960 students.
